His passion for serving others began long before his real estate career, first in the United States Air Force and later during a distinguished career with the San Antonio Fire Department, where he proudly served as a firefighter until retirement.

Prior to founding Texas Edge Realty, Joel built a successful career as a top-producing real estate agent. His extensive market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and client-first approach have consistently helped buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

In 2021, after earning his Texas real estate broker's license, Joel co-founded Texas Edge Realty with a shared vision of creating a brokerage centered on integrity, collaboration, and agent success. Under his leadership as managing broker, the company has grown to more than 50 real estate professionals and continues to expand, reflecting a culture that prioritizes excellence, innovation, and outstanding service.
